About

No.37 is a 2023, modern 6-birth caravan, nestled right next to Talybont beach.

The plot is well-protected from the elements and we have found the caravan to be cosy, however, in the cooler months, there’s very effective gas central-heating throughout.

Accommodation comprises a generous-sized main bedroom with a double bed, a second twin bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the sitting area.  A travel cot is provided for you to use if you’d like to.  Both bedrooms have hanging space and storage.

In the spacious kitchen / diner, there is everything you need- appliances include larder-style fridge/freezer (with ice trays), hob, oven, grill, microwave, toaster and kettle.

There’s a good size dining table with 4 very comfortable padded chairs.

Ready for you to use are several pans, many utensils, cutlery, cooking accessories, all crockery, mugs and drinking glasses, bottle opener/corkscrew, tin opener, plus many other useful items that you may need during your stay.  There are even dog bowls – we like to make sure that our well-behaved furry friends feel welcome! Please don’t smoke in the caravan or on the decking, thank you. T-towels are not provided.

There are general waste and recycling bins in the caravan, plus several recycling points around the site.

We provide mattress protectors, duvets and pillows for every bed – just bring your duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and any cot blankets.

There’s a spacious shower room too – please bring your own towels and wash-bags.

The sitting area has a 3-seater and 2-seater sofa (sofa bed incorporated),  a 43” flat-screen TV and is stocked up with a wide selection of games and reading material to suit all ages. Sliding doors give you access to the spacious wrap-around decking area with wooden picnic table, benches and chairs. Perfect for dining outside whilst taking in the stunning views.  Or relax in the reclining chairs and enjoy a drink and a snooze – you’re on holiday!
Seat pads are available for your use and are stored in the sitting room.

We want you to really enjoy your stay and to explore the beautiful surroundings as much as possible. The footstool in the lounge opens up and houses the protective sofa throws. We would appreciate it if you’d pop these on the sofas to protect them if needed. There are doormats to help with sandy toes and paws. Should you find that half the beach is inside the caravan (which often happens to us!), there’s a broom cupboard next to the fridge/freezer.

Externally there is space to comfortably park 3 cars adjacent to the caravan and a key safe for your convenience.

The beach is easily accessible via the short pathway that runs directly between the caravan and the dunes.  No.37 really is in a perfect spot!

Dogs:

Whilst we love your furry friends and welcome them to enjoy your holiday with you, we must ask that only house-trained, well-behaved dogs stay at No.37 with you. Please prevent them from jumping on the sofas or the beds.

Site amenities:

The ‘Sands Leisure Complex’ has much to offer. There’s a handy supermarket, 24/7 launderette, chip shop, American diner, restaurant and entertainment. On site there’s also an ice cream parlour, which can be found on the main path to the beach. ‘Castle play park’ has a variety of climbing and exploring equipment, seasonal outdoor pool and heated indoor swimming pool which also has a dedicated children’s play pool. Supervision of children on the park is the responsibility of their parents and guardians at all times.  The multi-use sports court is open 7 days a week.  Free WiFi is available throughout the site.

Barmouth Bay:

Found in the Snowdonia area, the ‘endless’ sands are around 8 miles long – a beautiful place to take a walk, exercise your dogs or to sit and watch the sun go down. The sands are so vast that they never feel over-crowded, despite attracting visitors from many miles.

The bay has great waves and is well-known to surfers but is equally enjoyed for its bass fishing and bird-watching.  Or why not go hill climbing, hiking or cycling during your time at Barmouth Bay?

There are many local eateries offering food of a very high standard at reasonable prices.

Prior to your holiday, we will forward the access code to the barrier at the site entrance and also the key box code for No.37.

Please ensure that the caravan key is returned to the key box, thank you.
